Exclusions to put on every gutter cleaning estimate
- Debris bagged and left in the customer's yard waste bin unless haul-away is listed.
- Loose hangers, leaking seams and damaged gutters are noted, not repaired; repairs quoted separately.
- Gutter guards removed and reinstalled only if listed above.
- Customer unlocks gates and secures pets before the start time.
Terms that fit gutter cleaning work
Valid for 30 days. Weather may move the date; we confirm the day before. Payment due on completion by card, bank transfer or check.
What matters in gutter cleaning estimates
- Split footage by story. Second-story work takes longer and costs more. Separate lines explain the difference.
- Count the downspouts. A clogged downspout is often the reason for the call. Price each one.
- Say where the debris goes. Bagged in the bin or hauled away. Customers ask, so answer it on the estimate.
- Note damage, don't fix it free. Write down loose hangers and leaks you see and offer the repair as its own price.
