Exclusions to put on every chimney sweep estimate
- Repairs found during the inspection are quoted separately before any work.
- Heavy glazed creosote removal is quoted separately if found.
- Customer doesn't use the fireplace for 24 hours before the appointment.
- Roof access subject to safe conditions on the day.
