Quick answer

TitanQuote is a quoting app for solo contractors: speak or type the job, send a link, the customer signs and pays a deposit on the same page; voice-to-quote is on the paid plans. Why contractors look for a TitanQuote alternative

Voice is a $39-a-month feature

TitanQuote's pricing section lists Voice-to-Quote under Pro ($39 a month, 30-day trial) and Business ($89), not Starter. Settle's free plan includes 3 AI-written drafts, and Pro with unlimited drafts is $19.99 a month.

The free plan takes 1% of your deposits and watermarks your quotes

Starter lists "Stripe deposits (1% platform fee)" and "TitanQuote watermark on estimates"; the 0% fee and your own logo start at Pro. Settle's free plan sends unbranded documents and adds nothing on top of Stripe's rate.

It follows up with your customer on its own

TitanQuote's FAQ says it automatically sends a reminder 48 hours after a quote and a second follow-up at 7 days. Some contractors want that; others don't want software nudging their customers. Settle shows you Viewed, Approved and Paid and leaves the follow-up to you.

When TitanQuote is the better choice

  • You are on Android or want to work from a browser. Settle is iPhone only.
  • You speak Spanish or Russian on the job. TitanQuote transcribes any language into an English quote; Settle is English only for now.
  • You want automatic reminders until the customer signs, or a tip line on the payment page.
  • You want a free plan and don't mind the watermark and the 1% deposit fee.

When Settle is not the right app

We would rather you know before you download:

  • iPhone only. There is no Android app and no web app.
  • No scheduling, dispatching, GPS or time tracking.
  • No QuickBooks sync. You can export everything to CSV.
  • One user per account. No crew or team logins.
  • Documents live on your phone. There is no sync between devices yet.
  • English only for now.
  • A new app from a small team. Most of the apps it competes with have been around for years.

How to switch from TitanQuote

TitanQuote's pricing section says there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime, and every plan has PDF export and email delivery. We did not find a bulk data export on the pages we checked; save your PDFs before you cancel. The free plan keeps working after a downgrade.

There is nothing to import into Settle. Open the app, tap the orange button, and describe your next job. Your own prices are remembered from what you send, so your old price list doesn't need to come along.
