Housecall Pro costs $59 a month for Basic billed annually ($79 billed monthly) with 1 user, $149 for Essentials ($189 monthly) with 5 users, and $299 for Max ($329 monthly) with 8 users. Card payments are "as low as 2.59%" and bank payments 1%. There's a 14-day trial with no card, and no free plan.

What each plan adds
- Basic: online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, payments and consumer financing, price book, job costing, review management.
- Essentials: routes, flat-rate pricing, checklist automations, photo reports, GPS tracking, commissions, QuickBooks Online sync.
- Max: sales proposals, recurring service plans, route optimization, API access, dedicated onboarding.
Payment fees
Housecall Pro's pricing page lists card rates "as low as 2.59%" without saying which plan or volume gets that rate, and a 1% fee on bank payments. Checks deposited in the app are free.
What a year costs a solo contractor
Basic billed annually is $708 a year; billed monthly it's $948 a year. Card fees come on top.
