How much does Invoice2go cost?
Invoice2go caps invoices per year, not per month, and charges a different card fee on each plan.
Billed annually, Invoice2go Starter is $79.99 a year for 30 invoices a year, Professional is $119.99 a year for 100 invoices a year, and Premium is $449.99 a year for unlimited invoices. Billed monthly, the same plans total $95.88, $143.88 and $539.88 a year. Card payments cost 3.5% on Starter, 3% on Professional and 2.9% on Premium; bank transfers are free. There's a 30-day trial that needs a card.

What each plan adds
- Starter: 30 invoices a year, unlimited estimates and clients.
- Professional: 100 invoices a year, QuickBooks and Xero integration, advanced reports.
- Premium: unlimited invoices, recurring invoices, phone support.
The card fee is the bigger cost
On Starter, a $2,000 card payment costs $70 at 3.5%; on Premium it's $58 at 2.9%. If most customers pay by card, the plan's card rate can matter more than its price.
