How much does QuoteIQ cost?
QuoteIQ's AI is on every plan, but it's metered. Here's what each tier costs and how many credits you get, from QuoteIQ's own help center.
QuoteIQ costs $29.99 a month for Essentials (1 user, 500 IQ Credits a month), $99.99 for Beginner (2 users), $199.99 for Pro (4 users), $299.99 for Elite (10 users) and $699.99 for Max (20 users). Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10 ($299.99 a year for Essentials). Extra users are $25 a month each. The 14-day trial needs a card and includes 250 IQ Credits.

What each tier unlocks
- Essentials: estimates, invoices and recurring service plans, price book, online payments, e-signatures, scheduling, consumer financing, and all AI features (metered by credits).
- Beginner: Google Calendar sync, satellite measuring, roof measurement, photo documentation, expense tracking.
- Pro: client portal, a business phone number with texting, automations, job costing, QuickBooks Online.
- Elite: customer self-quoting and online booking, route optimization, GPS and time tracking, inventory.
- Max: crews, sales team tracking, an AI website builder, a dedicated account manager.
How IQ Credits work
Every AI action spends credits: the AI Estimator per estimate, the virtual call team per call minute (125 credits a minute), AI measurements 100 credits each, and proposal sends 100 credits per estimate on most plans. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. More can be bought at about 1¢ each ($25 for 2,500).
Trial and cancelling
The 14-day trial requires a credit or debit card. Changing plans during the trial ends it and bills the card immediately. Plans are month to month with no contracts, and a seasonal pause of 30, 60 or 90 days is offered inside the cancel flow.
The free alternative
