Settle pricing

One free plan, one paid plan, and no cap on how many estimates or invoices you send.

Published October 27, 2026 · by Settle

Quick answer

Settle is free to send unlimited estimates and invoices. Settle Pro is $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial, and adds unlimited AI-written drafts from voice or photo. Card payments cost Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, paid to Stripe. Settle adds nothing on top.

What payments cost

When your customer pays an invoice by card, Stripe charges its standard rate of 2.9% + 30¢. For a bank transfer, Stripe's rate is 0.8% with a $5 maximum. That money goes to Stripe, not to Settle. Settle takes no cut of your payments.

The payment lands in a Stripe account in your own name, and you see it in your own Stripe dashboard. Stripe sets your payout schedule and runs its own identity checks, as it does for any business, so a new Stripe account usually waits several days for its first payout. See why invoice apps hold your money for how that differs from apps that process payments inside their own system.

How the price compares

To send unlimited estimates and invoices, Settle is $0. Joist's cheapest unlimited plan is $17 a month, Invoice Simple's is $21.99 a month, Jobber's starts at $29 a month billed annually ($49 month-to-month), and Housecall Pro's starts at $59 a month billed annually. If you want AI drafts, Settle Pro is $19.99 a month. Joist's entry plan, Basics, has a 5-documents-a-month cap, and Invoice Simple's cheaper plans cap you at 3 or 10 invoices a month.
