Yearly invoice caps, and lower card fees only on the top plan

Invoice2go's pricing page lists 30 invoices a year on Starter, 100 on Professional, and unlimited on Premium. Card payment fees are 3.5%, 3% and 2.9% by plan, and phone support is Premium only. Settle has no invoice cap and adds no fee to payments.

Cancelling and being charged again

Invoice2go's billing policy says cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current period, and a 100% refund is offered if you cancel within 30 days. When Invoice2go is the better choice

  • You want reports and QuickBooks or Xero connections. Invoice2go lists them on Professional.
  • You invoice in several currencies or outside the US.
  • You want Android or web. Settle is iPhone only.

When Settle is not the right app

We would rather you know before you download:

  • iPhone only. There is no Android app and no web app.
  • No scheduling, dispatching, GPS or time tracking.
  • No QuickBooks sync. You can export everything to CSV.
  • One user per account. No crew or team logins.
  • Documents live on your phone. There is no sync between devices yet.
  • English only for now.
  • A new app from a small team. Most of the apps it competes with have been around for years.

How to switch from Invoice2go

Invoice2go's billing policy says cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period. Its terms say you can still export your account information from the web platform after a subscription expires.

There is nothing to import into Settle. Open the app, tap the orange button, and describe your next job. Your own prices are remembered from what you send, so your old price list doesn't need to come along.
