Quick answer

A pest control estimate needs your business details and license number, the customer and job address, one line per task and material with quantity and price, the total, any deposit, what is excluded, and a place to approve. The template below is the generic contractor estimate pre-filled with a pest control job so you can see what good looks like, plus the exclusions pest control techs most often forget. It's free, printable, and there's no sign-up.

What matters in pest control estimates

  • Show what's free. A $0 inspection or follow-up line is a selling point. Put it on the estimate.
  • Name the pest. "Ants, interior and exterior" is what the customer is buying.
  • Say what the follow-up covers. Same pest, same areas, within a set number of days.
  • Exclude the expensive ones. Termites and bed bugs are their own quote.
