What matters in detailing quotes
- Size and condition. "Midsize SUV, pet hair" explains the number before the customer asks.
- Add-ons on their own lines. Pet hair, odor, stains and sealant are choices. Separate lines let the customer pick.
- Say what mobile service needs. Water and power from the customer, or that you bring your own.
- Paint correction and coatings are separate quotes. They take more time and need their own inspection.
- Get paid before you leave. Turn the quote into an invoice and text the pay link from the driveway.
